Alternative Health is a family-owned medical clinic in Grand Forks, ND, led by Dr. Charlotte Ewals, DNP, FNP-BC, a board-certified family nurse practitioner licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota. We provide medical marijuana card evaluations and recertifications for North Dakota and Minnesota residents, plus men's health care including testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), hormone optimization and peptide therapy, each guided by lab work and ongoing monitoring.
